It’s an interesting and quite geeky look at why and how we fall down in estimating and pricing jobs. Sometime I just pull a number out of the air, it seems to be as reliable as my estimating skills if I spend days trying to come up with an acurate figure.
We all suck at estimating, regardless of how experienced we are. This is a fact that you should accept. Most of us are either ignorant to this or in denial.
